Caroline LeBouef
was born in Charleston, but grew up in Columbia, SC and Newport, RI before settling long term back in her native town in 1994.  She attended Winthrop University from 2001-2005, graduating with a B.A. in General Studio Art and minor in Business Administration.  Interested in art within business, she participated in Spoleto Festival USA as an apprentice, and the Walt Disney World College Program as an intern in their operations department.  After working in several large businesses in Charleston (Kiawah Island Sanctuary Resort, Charleston County Parks and Recreation, and the Post and Courier) Caroline decided to turn her passion inward, seeing the human body as its own work of art.  She then attended the Charleston School of Massage and Bodywork in 2009.  After graduation she joined AMTA and began her career at Wellness First.  Caroline believes that the world can be changed from within.  If we are at peace inside, it will manifest around us.  She uses modalities such as deep tissue, neuromuscular, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and heat during her sessions.  Eventually, Caroline plans to obtain a graduate degree in Psychology in hopes to combine psychology and bodywork together, giving clients the opportunity to heal mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Julie Hudson
graduated from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charleston, having obtained her degree in November of 2006.  She has used her clinical experience as well as close associations with other professionals in her field to perfect her style, which combines aspects of Swedish and deep tissue massage to achieve outstanding results in all of her clients.  She also specializes in hot stone massage, a technique which utilizes deep penetrating heat to enhance the overall therapeutic benefits. In 2010 she completed training in active isolated stretching with Aaron Mattes, and in 2011 MediCupping Theory with Anita Shannon.  This has allowed her to achieve substantially improved results in her clients suffering from significantly restricted range of motion as well as extensive fascial adhesions.

Julie is the mother of two sons, Jonathan and Charles.  She currently resides in West Ashley, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her motorcycle, watching movies, and helping others.

Lauren Tarlowski  a native of Manchester New Hampsire relocated to the beautiful city of Charleston in 2008, trading the snow of the north for the beaches of the south.

Lauren now specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger point therapy, Medi-cupping and enjoys being a Reiki Master (energy worker). In her spare time, she volunteered at a number of marathons where she has provided sports massage to runners after tiring races.
